How long will it take to get my order?
We process all orders within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery to most Australian metro areas takes 5-10 business days. Regional areas may take a little longer. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your pup’s gear is on its way!
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Zoda Pets is focused on serving our local Australian fur parents. We do not ship internationally at this time, but sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know if we expand!
How can I track my order?
It’s easy! Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can also visit our Track Your Order page in the main menu and enter your order details to see exactly where your package is.
Will the Seat Extender fit my car?
Our CloudTravel™ Hard Bottom Seat Extenders are designed with a universal fit (approx. 63cm width x 132cm length) that suits most standard cars, SUVs, and 4WDs. We recommend measuring your back seat width before ordering to ensure a perfect fit.
Is the Seat Extender safe for large dogs?
Absolutely. The internal hard-bottom support plates are engineered to hold up to 150kg. It is designed to bridge the footwell gap, preventing your dog from falling off the seat during sudden stops or turns.
Which size ramp should I get?
- Standard (70cm): Best for couches, low beds, and smaller cars.
- Premium XL (100cm): Best for high beds, SUVs, and trucks.
Tip: Measure the height of the furniture you want your dog to reach. The ramp should not be too steep for them to walk comfortably!
How do I clean the Anxiety Bed?
We know accidents happen! Our CloudCalm™ beds feature a removable cover that is machine washable. Simply unzip the cover, wash on a gentle cold cycle, and air dry to keep the fluff soft and cozy.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items that are unused and in their original packaging. If you change your mind, just contact us to start a return. Please note: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on beds or bedding that have been opened or used by a pet.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Oh no! We are so sorry. Please email us immediately at support@zodapets.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will sort it out for you right away with a replacement or solution.
Can I cancel my order?
We try to process orders quickly! If you need to cancel, please email us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed by our warehouse, we may not be able to stop it, but you can return it once it arrives (shipping fees may apply).
